Ben has over nine years of experience in the real estate industry and as a licensed real estate agent, he focuses on working with buyers and sellers in the Northern Virginia Area.  Working alongside Tanya, Ben is an experienced negotiator who protects your interest in every way! He assists in responding to offers, counter offers and the home inspection negotiation process for Tanya & Co. clients. Much of Ben’s time is spent on viewing homes, researching the real estate market and conveying this information to his clients to keep them fully informed!

Most recently, Ben received his CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation! This has increased his knowledge and allows him to better assist buyers and sellers through the process of buying and selling short sale and foreclosure transactions.
